She is the author of two 1 New York Times bestsellingseries the Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy and the Stalking Jack the Ripper quartet. I truly enjoyed this series and can’t wait for the third book to come out and continue reading Emilia’s story. In her spare time she reads steamy romance novels, cooks all kinds of food with her family and friends, and drinks entirely too much tea while discussing life’s finer points with her cats. In the second book Emilia learns that she knows even less about hell than she thought, everything works differently there, the realm itself enhances your most darkest desires which doesn’t help with her budding feelings towards Prince Wrath who she’s not sure if she can rule him out yet as a murder suspect. The first book ends with Emilia signing her soul over to the devil to become his wife and Queen, the only reasons she makes this sacrifice to save her family and to figure out who in the underworld had her sister killed and why they did it. The reader also only knows what Emilia knows so they themselves feel the frustration and stress she feels while figuring out all these secrets that everyone in her life has kept from her. This series is very detailed with amazing world building, intricate plot and plot twists. Being a witch in a highly Christian era and country makes her life difficult as she has to hide her identity her whole life. The story has a rich Italian culture as our main character is born and raised in Italy.
